Why did you choose your industry?I chose this industry because there was a significant gap in the real estate and mortgage sector that needed to be filled. Being a dot connector, I was able to realize the significant need for a "one--stop shop" technology that helped hedge funds and other businesses do what they do better.
Who are your typical clients?Our typical clients are hedge funds, asset managers, and attorney networks.
What do you like best about being in this industry?It's always changing and every client is unique. The dynamic nature of the industry means no two businesses manage their operations alike. Recognizing this, we developed a flexible and customizable technology tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
What are common problems you see?Common issues in this industry often revolve around breaking barriers and the reluctance to embrace change. Many companies prefer to stick with manual processes and outdated technology, even if they're redundant, simply because change can be scary. They also fail to grasp how the costs involved in making these changes can lead to a significantly larger return on investment compared to their current setup.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?By cultivating personal relationships with others in this industry as it is very much about "who you know" and not "what you know".
