How long have you been in your industry?5 years
Why did you choose your industry?I chose coaching after years of leading businesses and managing hundreds of people, where my greatest joy came from helping others grow. Supporting team members in hitting goals and transforming their lives became my passion—and coaching lets me do that every day.
Who are your typical clients? My clients are professionals and individuals who want to grow—whether in their careers, relationships, or personal lives. They’re driven, reflective, and ready to take action to reach their full potential.
What do you like best about being in this industry? What I love most about being in this industry is witnessing real transformation—seeing people break through barriers, reach their goals, and step into who they were meant to be. Those success stories never get old.
What are common problems you see?One of the biggest problems in the industry is oversaturation—anyone who's achieved something now calls themselves a coach. But true coaching is a skill and a methodology, not just advice-giving. It’s important to vet your coach and make sure they’re properly trained and credentialed.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?I always remind clients there are no “wrong” topics in coaching—big or small, every area of life matters. Real breakthroughs often come from the most unexpected places. I’ve seen life-changing insights emerge while helping someone plan their gym routine. Coaching meets you where you are.
What keeps you up at night?Knowing that there is someone out there that could be changing their life right now if they only gave themself permission to.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?Social media, referrals and free online workshops.
How involved are you in the community?I give a lot of free coaching away.
What is your favorite not for profit or charity?Lot's of great stuff through my church.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Do the work, go to the trainings and read!
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Spending time with the family, heading to the beach, golfing, concerts and travel.
