Why did you choose your industry?I chose the health and wellness industry because I’m deeply passionate about proactive, preventive care and truly believe in helping people feel their best from the inside out. After nearly a decade in healthcare, I saw the gaps in traditional medicine where people only sought help when they were already unwell. We’ve created a way to bring convenience, luxury, and wellness directly to people whether they’re at home, work, or on the go. Making health & wellmess more accessible and personalized.
Who are your typical clients?Our clients are a mix of health-conscious professionals, busy entrepreneurs, athletes, travelers, etc. We also support corporate wellness, events, and community health initiatives. Many are looking for recovery, energy boosts, immune support, or just a reset from the stress of daily life. They appreciate the convenience of concierge care and trust us to deliver safe, expert-level service.
What do you like best about being in this industry?Seeing the transformation in real-time; when someone finishes a drip and feels instantly energized, or when a client battling fatigue finally feels like themselves again. Being able to blend clinical expertise with holistic care allows the freedom to be innovative and client-centered. I love building connections, educating and empowering them to be proactive about their wellness journey.
What are common problems you see?Misinformation. Many people still don’t fully understand IV therapy or think it's just a hangover cure. There’s also a lack of standardization and quality assurance in some places, which can lead to safety concerns or bad experiences that tarnish the industry's reputation.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?Relationship-building, strategic partnerships, community presence. We market through local collaborations, social media, word of mouth. We’re active in networking groups, chamber events, and wellness expos. Using storytelling & client testimonials to showcase real results and build trust. Education is key,when people understand the why behind IV therapy, they become long-term clients & advocates.
