How long have you been in your industry?6 Years
Why did you choose your industry?I didn’t exactly choose it — it found me. I started in network marketing, but quickly realized I was way better at hyping up my friends’ businesses than my own. That turned into a lightbulb moment. Maybe I wasn’t supposed to be the face of one brand… maybe I was meant to build brands. That curiosity led me down the rabbit hole of affiliate marketing to courses, eventually landing in LMV, where everything just clicked. I ran with it. Turns out, helping businesses grow is exactly where I belong.
Who are your typical clients? We work with small businesses, e-commerce brands, and service providers. But it’s not just about the industry — it’s about the mindset. Our ideal clients are growth-focused leaders who value strategy, clarity, are open to collaboration, and are ready to build something with impact.
What do you like best about being in this industry? What I love most is the connection. I’ve met incredible people across the world: business owners, innovators, and industry leaders. Every day brings new conversations, new ideas, and new chances to collaborate. it’s more than marketing and business. It’s the community.
What are common problems you see?The industry’s flooded with untrained marketers chasing fast wins. They overpromise, underdeliver, and leave business owners frustrated — sometimes even hurt. It gives marketing a bad name, damages trust, waters down the industry, and leaves business owners doubting the very thing that could actually help them grow.
What advice/tips do you have for clients? If you're hiring a marketer, it means what you’ve been doing isn’t working — and that’s okay. But if you’re going to bring in help, let them help. A good agency is your partner, not just a vendor. Our goal is your growth. When clients trust the process, it frees them to get back to running the business they built. Like I always say — we put the baker back in the kitchen so everyone wins.
When is your busy season? Our busiest seasons tend to align with Q1 and Q4. Business owners are either setting bold new goals or pushing hard to close the year strong.
What keeps you up at night? The weight of my own ambition. I have big goals, not just for business but for life. I’m driven to grow, lead, and build something meaningful, and making sure I show up for it all with full energy is what pushes me daily.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business? We grow through connection and referrals. When you do good work, people talk. Our proof of process speaks for itself through our portfolio, social media, and the results we deliver. Word-of-mouth has been our strongest fuel for expansion.
How involved are you in the community?I am activitely involved in my local Rotary International club. I have served on the board and am currently working on a global grant that will help create a training facility in Ghana to train women in the soap making trade, as well as training them on how to use this trade to begin business of their own.
What is your favorite not for profit or charity? My favorite nonprofit is one I’m building: The OAM Project (Once a Month). For the past few years we've supported a different school in Ghana by providing menstrual products to young women in need. The goal is to grow this into a global initiative that creates lasting impact.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Learn the craft the right way, and don’t do it alone. Find a mentor, get clear guidance, and make sure your mission aligns with the impact you want to create for others. The more intentional you are, the more sustainable and fulfilling this work becomes.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Free time? Never heard of her. But when I catch a rare moment, I’m with my kids, working on big passion projects, crafting something messy, or cracking open a book I’ll probably fall asleep reading. I like my downtime like I like my business, creative and full of heart.
