How long have you been in your industry?20+ years

Why did you choose your industry?I started as a woman in telecom in 2005, worked in marketing for the telecom/IT industry for 16 years and felt like a marketing agency serving that industry made sense since I saw so many areas for improvement in the way marketing agencies served IT businesses.

Who are your typical clients?CEOs or founders of Managed Services Providers

What do you like best about being in this industry?I run a company with 20+ women in a male dominated industry, so that's really cool. We are able to make a big impact and do big things in an industry that is ever evolving. I love that we are in an industry that thrives with innovation. We are pushing the envelope and helping IT leaders think bigger about what they can accomplish with the right marketing support behind them.

What are common problems you see?1. MSP Owners wearing way too many hats and can't scale that way, 2. Still depending on referrals after 20 years (no consistent pipeline) 3. Hiring/retaining good technicians

What advice/tips do you have for clients?Of your total buying audience of 100%, 3% is ready to buy at any given time. Stop building your marketing strategy to serve the 3%. Instead, focus on the 97%.

When is your busy season?Every day is our busy season.

What keeps you up at night?Thinking about how fast AI is changing the world and wanting tod o my part in creating, serving, helping with the next big thing for my clients, whatever that is.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Travel baseball with my two boys and husband, MLB Baseball games every summer, Peloton, Reading and Travel,
