How long have you been in your industry?1 year

Why did you choose your industry?I am passionate about women's wellness and helping other women navigate the ins and outs of womanhood.

Who are your typical clients?Women who are experiencing symptoms of menopause, period issues, or sleep issues and are looking for holistic solutions that work.

What do you like best about being in this industry?Meeting women every day who are looking for solutions and being able to say we have one.

What are common problems you see?There is so much confusion out there; most women don't know where to turn and blindly follow without knowing what's best for them. We also have hemp derrived CBD in our vaginal suppositories so there is a stigma about the plant and it's benefits. We need to educate our consumers. And because it's a CBD product, it's very challenging to do clinical trials.

When is your busy season?Does not apply.

What keeps you up at night?Reaching our customer.

How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?In person events, email marketing, podcasts, webinars, social media, networking, paid ads, organic content and SEO.

How involved are you in the community?Donating and offering mentorship.

What is your favorite not for profit or charity?Big Brothers Big Sisters

What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Cannabis and women's wellness are each challenging industries in themselves; the two of them combined are a double whammy.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?PIlates, strength training, traveling and playing with my puppy Kula.
