Why did you choose your industry?I chose my industry because I noticed needed more who know what they are doing as opposed to those who don't know what they are doing. I happen to know what I am doing.
Who are your typical clients?Organizations who find themselves at a crossroads as it relates to internal growth. The crossroad between get organized and install some structure or close up shop. Organizations I have helped are in many different industries e.g. manufacturing, service, medical, etc., with millions in revenue and 50+ employees.
What do you like best about being in this industry?I like being in this industry because I actually make a difference in people's lives.
What are common problems you see?The common problem I see in the industry are the younger generation believing they know enough about business, human behavior, and accounting and finance to make a go of it in this industry all the while failing their customers. Pretty sad.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?This is proprietary.
