Why did you choose your industry?It is my passion to witness the growth and development in others... why? Because I have been there. I am my own client.
Who are your typical clients?Transitioning individuals, for example, from the stay-at-home parent who wants to get back into the work field to the formerly incarcerated human who needs to become acclimated into society.
What do you like best about being in this industry?I implement I/O Psychology and Positive Psychology methodologies to help these individuals. By applying these strategies, I have the opportunity to witness growth in a beautiful transformation
What are common problems you see?Consistency: people have to believe in themselves
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Transition is hard, trust me, I KNOW! However, transition is a necessary evil we have to face on a regular basis, so why not accept it? Change is very constant, so embrace it and trust the process. I am always talking to myself.

How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?Social Media/Buy Me a Coffee/going to start a Substack Newsletter and Podcast soon
How involved are you in the community?I am a sustaining member of the Junior League of Jacksonville; therefore, I am very active in the community and also with running my own nonprofit.
What is your favorite not for profit or charity?My own, I/O For Teens Inc
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Do it, if not you then who?
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Cruising, Journaling, Reading, and spending time with my Glam-Son
