What do you like best about being in this industry?THE FACT THAT IT IS NOT A ONE AND DONE BUSINESS. BY TREATING EACH CLIENT WITH A FOCUS ON THEIR GOALS WE CAN DEVELOP A DEEPER WORKING RELATIONSHIP TIME AFTER TIME.
What are common problems you see?OVER COMMITMENT TO CLOSE THE ORDER. WE MUST KNOW OUR CAPACITY TO MEET THE DATES AND PRODUCT SPECIFICATION THE CLINT WANTS.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?WHEN CHOOSING A BRANDING STRATEGY LOOK AT THE OPTIONS THAT ARE AVAILABLE. OUR INDUSTRY IS CHANGING TO AN ALMOST ON DEMAND SERVICE. LARGE QUANTITY ORDERS ARE NO LONGER DRIVING COMPANIES TO BRAND RECOGNITION SUCCESS. QUALITY PRODUCTS WITH PURPOSE IS KEY AND KEEPING IN MIND THE ENVIROONMENTAL IMPACT THE ITEMS CHOSEN ARE NOT JUST DESTINED TO A LAND FILL. PRODUCTS THAT OFFER LONG TERM FUNCTIONALITY ARE DESIREABLE IN TODAYS MARKET.
When is your busy season?WHEN THE NEXT ORDER IS PLACED. SINCE WE SERVE SO MANY INDUSTRIES DOWN TIME IS NOT PART OF PRODUCTION.
What keeps you up at night?STAYING CURRENT NOT ONLY WITH INDUSTRY TRENDS BUT WITH THE TECHNOLOGY CHANGES THAT ARE VERY COOL BUT AT TIMES EXHAUSTING. FORTUNATELY I AM PART OF A VERY GOOD TEAM.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?WE ARE A JAX CHAMBER TRUSTEE AND SINCE THE CHAMBER IS SO ACTIVE WE PARTICIPATE IN MANY FUNCTIONS EACH MONTH. WE ALSO HAVE A DEDICATED SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM THAT KEEPS THE MARKET WARE OF NEW TRENDS. I ALSO BELIEVE WE ARE STILL IN A BUSINESS DOING BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE BUSINESS SO MAKING SALES PRESENTATIONS IS IMPORTANT.

What is your favorite not for profit or charity?OPERATION NEW UNIFORM, K9s FOR WARRIORS, DREAMS COME TRUE, TUNNEL TO TOWERS, WOUNDED WARRIORS
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?THIS IS A RELATIONSHIP INDUSTRY. GET TO KNOW YOUR PROSPECTS BUSINESS SO WHEN EVENTS COME UP YOU CAN SUGGEST SOLUTIONS THAT PERTAIN TO THEIR MESSAGING AND BRANDING STRATEGIES
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?WALKING ON THE BEACH, PLAYING GOLF AND ENJOYING A GREAT FAMILY
