What do you like best about being in this industry?Exciting mix of medical innovations and entrepreneurial spirit of the startup world
What are common problems you see?Startups either stalled out by lack of funding; founder teams frustrated by over-confidence; regulatory complications.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Make a reasonable but positive business plan, figure out best route to achieve outside funding, take on other founders to build early support, find partner individuals and companies whenever possible, strap on an GO!

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Visiting with my 8 grandkids... going for a hike in the mountains.
