I am a licensed real estate agent and Don’t Pay A Realtor is a free service I provide to “For Sale By Owner” sellers to help them sell their homes faster and for more money.

What Is Your Why (Why Do You Do What You Do)?

I was a “For Sale By Owner” seller myself. When I served in the USAF, my wife and I bought a new home with each new assignment. This meant when we left we had a home to sell. I wish I knew then what I know now. Since becoming a realtor, I discovered that I wasted a lot of time selling solo and didn’t make as much on the sales as I could have. Now, in addition to my regular real estate business, I’m sharing what I learned with other “For Sale By Owner” sellers so they can make more and sell faster.

How did you get started in your field or work?

After leaving the USAF, I traveled extensively as a regional VP for a couple of large healthcare company. After 10 years, I was tired of the traveling, so I got my real estate license and enjoy regular dinners with my family and coaching my kids sports teams.

What’s one thing we should know that makes you or your company unique?

Jerry Garcia said, “Don’t be the best at what you do; be the only one.” I’m a realtor who helps people sell their homes without a realtor. As far as I can tell, no other real estate agent does this.

How can veterans utilize the services offered at your agency?

If they attend my webinar, they will learn what the best real estate agents are doing to sell their listings faster and for more money, so they can do it themselves! As vet myself and someone who experienced the challenges of selling a house in conjunction with a relocation, I understand the unique challenges military members face that civilian sellers don’t typically encounter.
