How do you define success?
Success, to me, is defined as looking back at the end of the day and feeling like I made a difference, even if it was in one person’s life for just a short amount of time during the day. It’s not about how much money I have, or how many things I can accumulate, but more about how much of a difference I can make in someone else’s life and whether or not I can do some good in the world.
How did you get started in your field or work?
By being laid off during Covid from The Walt Disney Company and looking for my next challenge.
What’s one thing we should know that makes your company unique?
That guys are only welcome to train with us one night out of the entire year, and then it’s for charity. Other than that, I’m one of the few owners who has more take-offs in airplanes than I do landings.
What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in your business?
Finding the right location and financing. Both of which took almost three years to do.
