What makes your company unique?
Having had over 2 decades of experience in the FinTech world, I am able to share the skills and knowledge with others who are newer in this field.
I want to see these businesses with unique products and services come in and disrupt the industry and help improve the way the world makes payments, banking tech, financial services and stability, etc.
What excites you the most about your industry?
The fast pace of new technologies coming out.
What’s your biggest pet peeve?
Hierarchy in the workplace. Don’t get me wrong, companies need structure. But what I am referring to is the prideful type of Hierarchy where some might feel above others. The more we can level the playing field, the more we can expand our ability to be creative and deliver.
How do you like to spend your free time?
Mostly with friends and family, especially when it involves food.
I also love gardening and watching things grow. Enhancing the space around me is very satisfying.
