Matt Devereaux Named President of Taylor Morrison’s Jacksonville Division

Jacksonville, Fla. (Aug. 11, 2025)—America’s Most Trusted® Home Builder Taylor Morrison (NYSE: TMHC) has named Matt Devereaux as president of its Jacksonville division. Devereaux brings over 20 years of experience in the homebuilding industry to his new role.

Prior to Taylor Morrison, Devereaux worked at Lennar in a variety of roles including Regional Vice President, Regional Director of Operations, Division President, Director of Operations, and Director of Sales. During his tenure, Devereaux worked on the master plan and golf course community Stillwater, which was named by Sports Illustrated as the Most Innovative Course Design for 2022. Previously, he was also involved with Builders Care, a nonprofit committed to providing affordable construction services to elderly, disabled, and veterans, as well as the Boys & Girls Club of Northeast Florida.
