One of my earlier failures was overextending my services without clearly defining scope or boundaries, which led to burnout and undervaluation of my work. I’ve since learned to prioritize structured onboarding, clearer contracts and setting firm expectations

I’m most proud that CMG³Tech is truly customer centric. We’ve created real, scalable impact for underserved communities, helped small businesses embrace AI with confidence, and made tech less intimidating and more accessible for everyday people.
How do you motivate people to give their best?
By leading with purpose and providing free Freedom Classes that show people their potential. I remind my team and clients that what we’re building isn’t just business… it’s legacy. I empower them with tools, training, and trust.
