Can you share a moment or experience that significantly deepened or shaped your faith journey?
Earlier this year when God told me to relaunch the bosses table His way and not my way! I was ready and good to meet the organization dissolve. I tried it for a year and it wasn’t successful but God told me to do it again but His way.
In what ways do you actively live out your faith in your daily life — at work, home, or in your community?
Daily prayer, one on one time with God, daily 7am Bible study group, and new Christian dance school I started this year
What encouragement or scripture has been especially meaningful to you in this season, and why?
“Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.” Psalm 23:5 KJV
What advice would you give to someone who’s struggling to live out their faith or looking to grow spiritually?
Find a community that bears the fruit of the spirit and connect with them, truly plug in. If you are truly wanting a changed life, a new life, first commit and admit to yourself that you want to change, then connect with those who can be accountable and help you walk a REAL CHRIST, Holy Ghost filled faith journey.

Welcome back to another episode of Living My Faith, where we highlight those who are making Kingdom impact. I’m Morgan Young, joined today by Tiffany Overby with The Bosses Table, and Carolyn Jenkins Meekins with Meekins Senior Shuttle. I was like, I’m there. I love what you’re doing. Oh, thank you. How are you today?
Tiffany:
Very well.
Carolyn:
Blessed.
Morgan:
Blessed.
Carolyn:
As we say, blessed and highly favored.
Morgan:
Highly favored, yes. Grateful. Okay, tell me about The Bosses Table.
Tiffany:
Yes. The Bosses Table is a business networking organization that brings together faith-based business owners and leaders who are looking to network and connect with other like-minded individuals. We are focused on faith, but also on building, developing, and growing our businesses while keeping God in it as well.
Morgan:
Beautiful. And God really is a key factor.
Tiffany:
Absolutely.
Morgan:
We were talking off-site. You were doing this for entrepreneurs and business owners in general, but tell me a little bit about what happened there.
Tiffany:
Yes. Miss Allen and I have been doing The Bosses Table for two years now. Our first year, we were very open with the networking environment. Everyone was invited. We wanted everyone to have a space, and that is still part of our mission. But we didn’t see the fruit of our labor.
We weren’t seeing what we hoped to see in the way we were going about it, so we stopped for a while and took a break. I actually got to a point where I said, “I don’t think this is for me. I’m just going to stop.” We had our first year, we had a run, and it didn’t work.
Then last year, 2025, God said, “That is not what I told you.” The Bosses Table is something that needs to go forth. He gave me new mission, new vision, and a new assignment for what The Bosses Table is supposed to be. So we relaunched it from an LLC to a nonprofit and made it Christian-based.
It’s now a faith-based community organization, and He has been guiding us every step of the way, telling us exactly what needs to be done. I absolutely love what’s happening.
Morgan:
Oh, beautiful. Congratulations. Because when God is involved, it bears fruit.
Tiffany:
Absolutely.
Carolyn:
Absolutely. He’s guiding us because we’re in alignment, and that means everything. That’s the difference. I’ve found, working with The Bosses Table at this stage, that there is nothing we can’t desire or do because we are in alignment with His will and His Word.
Morgan:
Yes, absolutely. What have you seen come about from that shift?
Tiffany:
Last year we did two events that we coined the Entrepreneur Prayer Storm. We took our networking events and centered them around prayer. The first one was in a library. It was beautiful, and we outgrew it immediately. It was packed, so we knew we needed a different space.
For the second one, we found a larger venue and introduced the Entrepreneur Prayer Storm as an activity centered on prayer and fellowship. Business owners came together, held hands, and prayed during the networking event.
Immediately—days and weeks after—I received testimonies. People who weren’t business owners now want to be. They received ideas and heard from God about what business they’re supposed to start. We’ve seen Kingdom connections where business owners met that night and are now working together on projects in 2026. I can’t believe it. It’s awesome.
Morgan:
That’s powerful—so many people in the room focused on our Heavenly Father, worshiping Him first, bringing Him your time first, and then saying, “Send us.” I love it. How has this impacted your business?
Carolyn:
As a business owner, entrepreneurs tend to get frustrated. There are so many highs and lows, and many days you feel isolated. Being connected with The Bosses Table at this point in my walk lets me know I’m not alone. God is with me.
He has placed people in my path who will assist me, even if it’s just encouragement—“Girl, you can do it. God’s got you.” It has given me a push and a drive to connect Him to the work He has put in me. It’s amazing how it has rejuvenated my spirit.
Morgan:
I love that so much. What’s on the horizon?
Tiffany:
2026—we have a lot on the calendar. We believe in writing the vision and making it plain, and that’s what we did last year. We prayed over it to make sure it’s what God wants us to do.
We have quarterly networking events coming up, starting in March with another Entrepreneur Prayer Storm. We’ll continue to build and grow that. We’re also introducing The Bosses Table University, which will include intentional, strategic workshops—not just on business and leadership, but also on spiritual growth.
We’ll have spiritual leaders teaching Bible studies and devotional book studies. I’m so excited.
Carolyn:
We’ve learned we have to be well-rounded. Our spirit needs to be fed and allowed to grow. Yes, I need business information, but I also need to understand prayer and how to sustain my faith. At this stage of The Bosses Table, we understand we’re not just one group doing one thing. He’s got us.
Morgan:
I love it so much. Tell me about your personal walk of faith. How are you living it day to day?
Tiffany:
This season of my life is one where I’ve grown and sustained a relationship with Jesus like never before. I’ve learned the difference between religion and relationship, and I’m walking in relationship.
As I build who I am spiritually, it strengthens my business and those around me. If I’m spiritually lacking, my business will be too. I can’t pour if nothing is being poured into me.
Every day I’m in the Word. I have a morning devotional group at 7 a.m. We’ve been doing it for a year straight—and I’m not a morning person.
Morgan:
Goodness.
Tiffany:
But I’ve become one. I’m loving where God has me, how He’s walking me through this season, and reminding me I’m not forgotten.
Carolyn:
I’ve seen such incredible growth in Tiffany. It has blessed my soul. As for me, I believe in the power of prayer. This entire journey with The Bosses Table has increased my prayer life and given me confidence to enlarge my territory.
It’s already done—I just have to walk in it. Prayer equips me because I allow Him to guide me, correct me, and direct me. This journey has allowed me to accept everything He’s placed in my hands with confidence.
Tiffany:
When I came into this year, God gave me one word: manifestation. I don’t do resolutions anymore—I listen for His word. I’m trusting that word in every area of my life and The Bosses Table.
We’re developing a Christian dance school through The Bosses Table. We’re going to see manifestation—of the Holy Spirit, the gifts of the Spirit, and miraculous things. I’m also standing on the word yes. Anything God tells me to do this year, the answer is yes.
Carolyn:
My word this year is pursue. If God didn’t tell you to stop, don’t stop. Pursue relentlessly. Be unafraid. Let God run your business. Pursue it all.
