What role does technology play in supporting wellness today?Technology empowers wellness through wearables, telehealth, and apps that track progress, provide education, and offer real-time support. This is making health more accessible, personalized, and sustainable for clients.
Can you share a story of transformation you’ve witnessed?When I first met a client, she felt extremely anxious and depressed about her weight and overwhelmed by setbacks. Together we built small, realistic habits and shifted her mindset away from perfection. Despite life’s many obstacles, she lost 20 pounds in six months. Years later, she’s still thriving, maintaining her health, confidence, and freedom around food.
What motivates you in this industry every day?What drives me daily is helping people move beyond a reactive sick-care model into true preventive health. I’m passionate about using nutrition and lifestyle to not only prevent disease, but to help clients feel vibrant, free, and in control of their well-being.
