About The Feng Shui CureI coach and train Realtors nationally on using Feng Shui techniques to sell homes faster and to aid home buyers to make the best decision.
What differentiates you from the competition?Actually, there is few people who do what I do. There are, of course, rea estate coaches. But few if any incorporate Feng Shui and my use of LinkedIn
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?Feng Shui for one, and how use my thousands of connections on LinkedIn
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Be different. Don't be afraid of being unique. Standing out from the millions of real estate agent is very important and sadly most agents supply the same thing, and the public has the opinion there is little difference.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Because of the uncertain real estate market, finding the best niches for my coaching clients that will be profitable for them

How is the current market affecting buying and selling trends? The home sellers still think they can charge what the Covid years told them. Almost all homes nationally have decreased from this height. Agents know that buyers won’t purchase at the inflated prices

What technologies are transforming the real estate experience?Social media done well can increase traffic. Poor photos especially can kill a market

How do you stay competitive in such a dynamic industry?By offering something UNIQUE!

What’s your approach to building long-term client relationships? My newsletter is done monthly and is different. I also do Zoom meetings and invite folks to drop in and ask questions.

How do you navigate challenges like interest rate fluctuations?People still need to move. Interest rates are less important when you fill other important demands

What makes a property stand out to buyers today?CONTRAST!!

What advice would you give first-time homebuyers or investors?Don’t be house poor. Get in with a house you can afford at this time and eventually, when the market changes, sell and upgrade then.
