Can you describe a memorable guest experience that stood out? I think feeding the needy that were displaced by the hurricane and so appreciative of making the trip to feed them. Very over whelming

What innovations are shaping the future of hospitality? I would say tech for sure. Incorporating AI into your everyday functionality ordering process and streaming the whole network from ordering to payment processing.
