How do you balance tradition with innovation in worship? I still believe in local, in-person community and fellowship–” doing life together.” But I balance that with the power of connection through digital access (eg. Zoom) as well as the use of AI to complement my own creativity.

What initiatives are you leading to serve vulnerable populations? I work a fulltime day job, so bandwidth is limited. But I am exploring how I might connect to a non-profit that works with women who are getting set free from human- and sex-trafficking.

How can younger generations be more involved in ministry? Ministry should be reserved for those who have true experience walking with the Lord through seasons of with the Cross experience and the Resurrection one. They should first learn what it means to live that out before they try to minister. They would do well to plug into communities where they are.Led by more mature generations who can help guide and mentor, and hold them accountable. And obviously they can press into the traditional approaches of studying the Word, prayer, praise….
