If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Take your Risk Management program seriously; It could truly save your company. And find a true craftsman to work with; someone dedicated to partnering with you and your company on this journey.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Insurance is expensive and confusing to most people therefore there is a natural aversion to discussing the program. The challenge is one normally doesn't find out there are gaps in the program until it's too late. And these gaps can actually kill a

How is technology reshaping the insurance landscape? It is absolutely necessary to embrace technology in order to keep up with the industry. We are actually using AI already to search for gaps in companies’ existing programs.

What strategies are you using to enhance customer experience? We engage technology to create an atmosphere of constant communication so both sides are aware of any changes of developments.

How do you manage risk in a constantly changing environment? We have dedicated internal teams keeping a constant eye on any potential or developing risks.

What trends are emerging in health/life/property insurance? Property insurance, especially in Florida, remains at near crisis levels and Insurance Carriers are very slow to open up the market. When you add that to deceptive claims handling practices (see 60 minutes from Nov 2024), it makes for a very tough environment for insureds to navigate.

How do you address public misconceptions about insurance? The Agent/Broker is the middle person between the Carrier and the insured.
Insurance is complicated to most folks……make sure to use the Agent/Broker to communicate the details to you. Make sure they truly know their craft.

What role does data analytics play in your operations? They are essential in assessing potential risk and how to avoid such risk going forward.

What advice do you have for people navigating insurance for the first time? Work with a qualified, dedicated Agent/Broker.
Ask lots of questions and involve your Agent/Broker with all interactions with the Carrier……..that’s their job.
