Jacksonville, Fla. – America 250 Proof will host its America 250 Celebration Platform launch event on July 3, 2026, at 6:00 a.m. in downtown Jacksonville. The gathering marks the official unveiling of the America 250 Proof platform and its accompanying anthem, created to honor America’s 250th anniversary through music, history, and community.
America 250 Proof is a Florida-based creative initiative dedicated to celebrating our nation’s legacy with a stirring anthem and an interactive online hub. The platform offers listeners a place to explore the song, learn about the milestones that shaped the United States, and engage with patriotic programming in the lead-up to the semi-quincentennial.
“We designed America 250 Proof to bring people together around our shared history and to pay tribute to the service of our military and the spirit of the American people,” said Dave MacCutcheon, founder of America 250 Proof. “Jacksonville’s vibrant arts scene makes it the perfect location to introduce this anthem and platform.”
This event also gives a special shoutout to the Florida Creative Initiative, whose support has been instrumental in developing the song and platform as a statewide celebration of music, culture and heritage.
The morning launch will be open to the public and the media. Attendees can preview the anthem, register for the platform and hear from the team behind America 250 Proof. Organizers aim to inspire patriotism in communities throughout Florida and beyond as the nation approaches its 250th birthday.
