About Pace Center for GirlsPace is a nonprofit with 650+ employees in 25 non-residential year-round centers throughout the southeast focused on helping at-risk teenage girls overcome adversity and reach their full potential. Founded on the premise that there is tremendous value and potential in every single girl, Pace creates a nurturing educational environment within a personalized, trauma-informed, and holistic approach that provides opportunities and hope. What differentiates you from the competition?We do not have “competitors“ per se. In many respects, Pace is setting a new standard for empowering teenage girls to overcome adversity and achieve incredible success despite one’s socioeconomic status or other disadvantages.

What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Not sure. I deal with the legal and compliance aspects of the organization.
