About Region Nine Housing CorporationFounded in 1970 by members of Region 9 of the United Auto Workers, Region Nine Housing Corporation (RNHC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable, subsidized housing for low-income families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.
RNHC is committed to maintaining excellence in housing by ensuring that apartments, grounds, and community spaces are well-kept and provide a safe, comfortable living environment for residents. Beyond housing, we promote community growth and development through the support of on-site Service Coordinators, who connect residents to tailored, high-quality services. These services encourage independent living, foster personal development, and help residents achieve their fullest
What differentiates you from the competition?Region 9 is a mission-based non-profit versus traditional for-profit entities which often do not keep the best interests of their residents in mind versus starving the properties for the sake of taking money out of the property.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Region 9 provides safe, affordable and service that truly care for the needs of the residents with dignity
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Currently, all of our properties have waiting lists
