The mission of WBL LIFE CHOICES | Umbrella Networking Solutions NFP is to empower individuals, families, and communities through life skills education, coaching, mentorship, resources, and partnerships that inspire growth, purpose, and positive change.

How do you measure impact and success in your programs? We measure impact through participant engagement, feedback, partnerships, community reach, personal growth outcomes, skills gained, and the ability of individuals to make stronger life, career, and personal decisions.

What are your biggest fundraising or outreach challenges? Our biggest challenges are increasing awareness, securing sustainable funding, and connecting with more organizations and supporters who believe in expanding access to life-changing resources and education.

How do you build long-term relationships with donors and supporters? We build relationships through transparency, communication, gratitude, and showing the real impact of their support. We view donors and partners as valued members of the mission, not just contributors.

What trends are influencing the nonprofit world today? Nonprofits are being shaped by the need for collaboration, innovative programming, technology, measurable impact, mental health awareness, workforce development, and creating accessible community-centered solutions.

Can you share a story that shows your mission in action? Seeing individuals who have faced challenges gain confidence, discover their strengths, and realize their potential reminds us why this work matters. Every person who finds hope and direction represents our mission in action.

What keeps you motivated in this work? My motivation comes from my faith, my personal journey, and knowing that my experiences can help others. I believe my purpose is to serve, inspire, and create opportunities for people to build better futures.
