About Wright Brain Education, LLCPreviously dedicated to offering K-12 online and in-person tutoring services centered on kindness, creativity, and overall positivity, WBE, LLC, is now an educational content studio with the same core ideals. Our primary focus is on offering unique, informative digital learning resources and educational videos.
What differentiates you from the competition?Positivity is a core value. In some ways, WBE is similar to a faith-based business where all learners are welcome. For example, our affirmations are like scripture, and our positive thinking practices are like prayer.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?WBE services and products present what could be considered "boring" subjects and skills as fun, accessible content tailored to today's young learners.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?As the owner of WBE, I am an overachiever who always puts forth 110%, working hard to exceed expectations.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?I loathe social media, so most of my marketing has been through word of mouth in the past. However, as WBE becomes increasingly digital, I will need to boost its social media presence to market effectively.

How is technology changing the classroom experience? When used for educational or administrative purposes, technology is great! Different online tools can certainly make learning more engaging and lessen teacher workload. However, cell phones in the classroom are a distraction, and there is an overreliance on artificial intelligence. Furthermore, excessive screentime outside of school is currently hindering students’ ability to stay focused and, in turn, comprehend material.

What challenges are educators currently facing post-pandemic? There is a certain apathy that plagues many of today’s post-pandemic students.

What role does equity play in your educational approach? When creating materials for a specific student, I tailor them to that student’s individual needs. When producing a particular resource for sale, I differentiate it. That is, I provide different elements and alternatives within a resource that a student may or may not use, depending on their needs. Speaking more broadly, I treat each learner as a human being with thoughts and feelings that are equally important to my own, even though I am older and in a position of authority.
