David Permenter is the President of Generation Media LLC, bringing over 7.5 years of experience in the franchised publishing and digital advertising industry. With a background that includes owning a restaurant in Miami and establishing textile & apparel manufacturing companies across Eastern Europe, David is dedicated to contributing to client success. He holds a BA in Business Administration/Economics from FSU and is known for his strong communication, enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, and leadership.
David believes in the enduring demand for marketing and advertising services and emphasizes the importance of differentiation in a competitive marketplace. He specializes in serving smaller businesses in-home services trades, hospitals, and large enterprises, aiming to expand into larger markets through CFM. Through community newsletters, digital campaigns, and live social and networking events, David connects clients with affluent homeowners in rapidly growing communities.
Outside of work, David is an active member and ambassador of the St. Johns County Chamber, organizing 29 annual events to strengthen local business and community ties. He enjoys pursuing interests in health and fitness and cherishes time with his family, having been happily married for 27 years with two successful adult children.
