How long have you been in your industry?23 years
Why did you choose your industry?I originally wanted to be a neurosurgeon because I believed if I could fix people’s brains, I could help fix their hearts and make the world a kinder place. In high school, I had the chance to tutor and teach a beginner music class—and I fell in love with teaching and learning. Now, I say I still work on brains, just in a different way—through education, systems, and leadership that empower people to grow and lead with purpose.
Who are your typical clients? We work with mission-driven educators, school leaders, and nonprofits—locally and globally—to design curriculum, build human-centered systems, and deliver professional learning that supports people, not just performance. Our services include asynchronous PD, training, and coaching to help educators and leaders grow, thrive, and lead with authenticity and purpose.
What do you like best about being in this industry?I love turning overwhelm into opportunity. Helping people and organizations solve problems with creativity, build systems that bring clarity, and transform chaos into structure energizes me. Seeing clients light up when things finally click—and knowing our work fuels confidence, alignment, and growth—is why I do what I do.
What are common problems you see? Some of the biggest challenges I see are disconnected processes, unclear strategies, and time-consuming trial and error. Another issue is the reliance on traditional learning methods that don’t foster deep engagement. Whether with educators, leaders, or organizations, we simplify the complex with tailored solutions.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Whether you're an educator, leader, or organization, these practical and creative tips can help you simplify the complex and move with more clarity and impact:1. Start with one system—don’t try to fix everything at once.2. Document what’s working (and what’s not).3. Audit your meetings—then cut one.4. Try a “reverse PD”: let staff teach you.5.Schedule “thinking time” like it’s a meeting.6. Don’t go it alone—a strategic thought partnership can save time and stress.
When is your busy season? My busy season tends to coincide with the back-to-school period and the start of the new calendar year. Many educators, leaders, and organizations look to optimize their systems and strategies at the beginning of a new academic year or after a period of reflection. It's a time when they’re most open to transformation and growth, which aligns perfectly with the services we offer.
What keeps you up at night? What keeps me up at night is the loss of joy in education and leadership. When systems are disconnected and unclear, it impacts people’s mental, physical, and emotional well-being. I’m focused on helping educators and leaders rediscover purpose and create environments that nurture growth.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?I love scheduling time to chat and truly learn about you and your business. You can reach me through my website, LinkedIn, or social media. Whether it’s a free breakthrough strategy session or just a conversation to explore how I can support your mission, I’m here to help simplify your systems and strategies for lasting impact.
How involved are you in the community?I’m involved with several women’s business organizations in Denver, where we support each other’s growth and success. I’m also in the process of finalizing a partnership with nonprofits that focus on youth programming, aiming to provide resources and opportunities for the next generation. These efforts align with my passion for empowering individuals and building stronger communities.
What is your favorite not for profit or charity?St. Jude Children's' Research Hospital
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Go for it! You only live once, and we often invest so much in others but forget to invest in ourselves. Put your energy, love, and care into your vision. Trust yourself—you're capable of creating something impactful and meaningful. Don’t hesitate to take that first step toward making it happen!
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?gardening, hiking, reading, yoga and singing
