Why did you choose your industry?Social media content creation is an emerging and effective way of creatively reaching out to a wider audience and showcasing your skills.
Who are your typical clients?My social media audiences are usually people who are interested in health and fitness and cooking recipes.
What do you like best about being in this industry?Being in social media gives you flexibility and accessibility to reach out to a wider audience. It gives me creative freedom to post content of my interest.
What are common problems you see?- Identifying relevant content to present in social media platform and reaching out to the right audience is a problem, however i see this reducing in certain platforms like instagram
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?- i try to post relevant content and use social media algorithms to reach out to the right audience.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?- To identify the right "content" as it is something they would have to work with for a long time and not to blindly follow the crowd.
