What do you like best about being in this industry?Growing my staff by giving them the tools they need to exceed in whatever they working towards achieving.
What are common problems you see?Increasing cost of labor, respect for the staff taking care of the guests

What keeps you up at night?Not making the correct decisions to further the business and thus hurting my team's standard of living
