Why did you choose your industry?I chose real estate to help and educate people through the often complex process of buying and selling a home. It’s rewarding to guide clients with clarity and confidence, ensuring they make informed decisions. The greatest satisfaction comes from knowing I’ve made a positive impact during such a meaningful milestone in their lives.
Who are your typical clients?Anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home and who may have questions about the process
What do you like best about being in this industry?Every day is different and I get to meet and work with amazing people . I've remained friends with most of my clients long after the transaction has closed.
What are common problems you see?People not understanding the complexities of the real estate process and all we do to make a dream come true .
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Find a good realtor who can guide you through the process and who has your best interest in mind.
When is your busy season?Spring and summer
What keeps you up at night?Worrying about the many obstacles that may arise
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?Networking, social media and giving 5 star service
How involved are you in the community?I belong to the Jax Chamber and volunteer for Habitat and other organizations that help the community
What is your favorite not for profit or charity?St Jude Children's Hospital
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Find a mentor and a coach who can advice and guide you
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Walking on the beach, working out and traveling
