We don’t have a typical client, very diverse group of people dine with us.

What do you like best about being in this industry?

Growing my staff by giving them the tools they need to exceed in whatever they working towards achieving.

What are common problems you see?

Increasing cost of labor, respect for the staff taking care of the guests

Be adventurous

Not making the correct decisions to further the business and thus hurting my team’s standard of living

Through word of mouth

Invest time and then invest some more

Spending time my family, working outside, visiting my friend’s bars and restaurants
