Why did you choose your industry?I wanted to own my own business one day, and restaurants were fun and I loved to serve others, which I still do today. I believe that is what God would want us to to do to each other. We all must serve other people to help them have a better day. It is not complicated, but is tough to do....
Who are your typical clients?Anyone that eats food!
What do you like best about being in this industry?Helping others have a better day as well as coaching others to a spot they did not believe was possible.
What are common problems you see?Young people, middle aged people that have been raised by a single parent. Accountability is a problem. Learning to accept where you are, but want and will get better with good, consistent coaching. Teach how to be complacent...be happy for each other...
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Give what you can to others, then give a bit more. It is fun!!

How involved are you in the community?ChurchBNI networkI have been in most all of the non profit and for profit businesses for most of my professional life. I am taking a break but will be back once the businesses can allow me to go back. I miss not giving back as much as I once did....
What is your favorite not for profit or charity?Fellowship of Christian Athletes
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Its a long business, not hard. When people are off, you are busier than most. This eats up weekend time.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Being with friends and family.
