What keeps you up at night?Staying relevant and offering services that will stay in demand
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?Social media and constant outside sales calls. I'm a fan of old school handshakes and proper follow up

What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Study the market and make sure you have the tools to be successful
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?When I do have free time, enjoy downtown and small trips - anything that allows me NOT to think of work
