Why did you choose your industry?I have over 25 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies, during which I have conducted numerous acquisitions and divestitures. I am passionate about working directly with owners to accelerate the value of their businesses, achieving the best possible exit value or driving next-stage growth.
Who are your typical clients?Those who have been in business for three years, with 2 -30 million EBITA, across various industries. Who is considering the next steps in 3 years.
What do you like best about being in this industry?Passionate about helping owners achieve their dreams. They took a big leap to start their business; I get satisfaction knowing I am helping them.
What are common problems you see?Owners who decide too late in the process to understand how they could have achieved more value if they started earlier. Owners who are do not understand the impact of additional value in their company on their Wealth. Hard to reach owners about this conversation.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?They need to obtain an estimate of their business's value to understand their market position and what is feasible. The need to understand the various ways to increase the company's value so that it becomes attractive to buyers and makes them more willing to consider it.
When is your busy season?Spring / Summer
What keeps you up at night?Marketing.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?I market myself with in-person one-to-one conversations, attending live industry-related events, and being a member of industry-leading organizations. I am working on creating a strategic partnership with an HR Consulting group so we can offer a total offering for business owners. I am leveraging a partnership with a large Financial organization.
How involved are you in the community?Support non-profit groups that raise awareness through races and give financial support.

What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Raise capital to hire someone to handle all your marketing, SEO, and generate additional leads.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Spending time with my family.
