Front end developer and designer.
What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?

AI is certainly one. How many companies use it to help them and how many use it and it hurts them.

Why is it important for a business to hire an outside ad agency as opposed to having just an internal marketing director?

When startups are created having some additional help to test out new platforms quickly, an agency can help them. After the company matures I believe it is best to take different positions in house to get more specific on what they do.

What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?

Always follow the data and specifically the revenue. Stop marketing for traffic and leads and drive the business forward.
