How has consumer behavior shifted in the digital age?In two ways. One much of the retail business industry has moved online for sure. And two, the customers trust in what they are seeing online is starting to waiver. Building trust is going to be more and more important when it comes to future marketing and customer fulfillment efforts.
What strategies are you using to create more authentic brand connections?We are using video in social media has a way to build trust. In order to do this we generate real video content, using real people to communicate a message of trust to potential customers.
Can you share a recent campaign that exceeded expectations?We recently started marketing for a local therapy clinic for children. And just for a few hundred dollars using video ads and automated systems. Are seeing new business leads coming in daily.
How do you measure the effectiveness of your marketing initiatives?When we are marking for our clients, we are always looking at the cost per new customer. We feel that is the best way to determine if our marketing campaigns are run successfully.
What trends are shaping the future of advertising?I’m seeing two trends. One more and more people using direct to purchase videos. Two, and an age of AI, businesses with the greatest ability may be those that require the human element, for now those are businesses like dentistry, construction based businesses, and manufacturing that require human dexterity. In the future, mini businesses that rely heavily on computers and programming are at risk of being taken over by AI. We only have a year or two before even businesses like Uber and DoorDash will be taken over by AI.
How are you integrating AI or automation into your campaigns?We use AI and everything from building out campaigns to answering customers questions to outbound and inbound sales calls.
What advice would you give to aspiring marketers today?Keep it simple. Build trust. Study human behavior. Learn how to use the various types of AI tools available for faster customer response and customer or patient on boarding.
