What differentiates you from the competition?I honed my leadership in the crucible of combat - multiple combat deployments while in command of organizations ranging from approximately 200 to over 1,300 Marines and Sailors - and the one immutable truth is leadership boils down to relationships.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?I just created ILS about 6 months ago so the only services I've provided have been leadership seminars and organizational leadership consulting to answer specific challenges facing client companies.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Leadership can be learned and honed...you don't have to be born a natural leader. I wasn't and many of the best leaders I ever worked for admitted they had to work hard to be good leaders too. So, the morale is...it's never too late to improve!
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?I only recently formed Invictus Leadership Solutions in June 2024 and I'm just building the infrastructure, platform, and marketing - so everything is going to be a challenge in 2025.
