Rory Comiskey — Continues to be recognized for his ability to lead project teams from concept through construction and commissioning by applying strategic thinking and problem-solving skills based on experience and industry BKM’s. He’s taken this knowledge and collaborated with strategic partners to develop training and innovative programs that emphasize pragmatic solutions to meet developing and dynamic shifts in the manufacturing and construction paradigm.
Most recently Rory’s attention has been focused on addressing the lack of vocational schooling & training, which has left the industry in dire need of skilled trade craftsmen, automation, and robotics technicians.
Rory, “The immediate future of manufacturing and industry’s success lies in a dedicated focus on workforce development utilizing a variety of means.” Working with numerous strategic partners, including the REC Foundation and FusionIRX’s “In-House” Training Group he’s turned his attention to developing the “Next Generation” of builders.
