Spencer Boulter serves as the President and Executive Director of 6:8 Ministries, bringing nearly two decades of visionary leadership and unwavering dedication to the mission of serving others through faith-driven community engagement. Since founding the organization over 18 years ago, Spencer has worked tirelessly to create meaningful, transformative mission experiences, primarily focused in Costa Rica, where the ministry continues to thrive under his guidance.
Driven by a deep passion for empowering others and making the love of Christ tangible, Spencer has shaped 6:8 Ministries into a vibrant and impactful force for good. His approach emphasizes authentic relationships, sustainable service, and holistic outreach, fostering long-term change in the lives of those served—and in those who serve.
Before launching 6:8 Ministries, Spencer dedicated nine years to youth and children’s ministry at Cross Creek Church, where he nurtured his calling to mentorship, discipleship, and cross-generational ministry work. His early experiences in youth leadership continue to inform his inclusive and energetic leadership style today.With his heart firmly rooted in faith and service, Spencer remains committed to equipping individuals and groups to live out Micah 6:8—“to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.” Through his leadership, 6:8 Ministries continues to inspire lives and build communities, both locally and globally.
