How long have you been in your industry?16 Years
Why did you choose your industry?We are in the business of helping people and making a difference in their lives. When they are working at a company we want to make sure they are effective in their role, love the culture and can grow and develop so we help companies support their people strategies. When they are out of a job we train them for free and place them back into a new career or role utilizing the Federal WIOA program.
Who are your typical clients?We support Small & Medium (300 to 4K employees) sized clients that always are so focused on on their growth that they need help with their people strategies and HR infrastructures to scale and save costs.
What do you like best about being in this industry?Human Resources people are genuine and out there to serve. Every time I meet an HR person I am reminded why they are doing this and its always for the good of others.
What are common problems you see?Many HR functions are so overwhelmed with the tasks and requests from the business they forget to think strategically.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?Direct marketing email, and growth through strtegic partnerships.
