Why did you choose your industry?I was more interested in coaching rather than having a job with a company. I coached companies first on defense contracting but have pivoted to the work I love which is leadership, team development and all-around organizational health
Who are your typical clients?Companies or organizations that are looking to improve their culture, cohesion, accountability, alignment and clarity
What do you like best about being in this industry?Investing in people and organizations from big companies to universities.
What are common problems you see?Potential clients that do not understand the yield they get when taking some time to work on their workforce/team.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?Mostly word of mouth and social media.
How involved are you in the community?Several boards and volunteer.
What is your favorite not for profit or charity?Samaritan Resource Center for the Homeless- Orlando
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Be humble to ask for help from those that have got into the business. I had shipmates that helped me in the beginning.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Travel
