Why did you choose your industry?I have been in the digital marketing field for over 20 years, and I worked with a company that offered advertising services, they were not being ethical with how they treated their customers, and I knew I could do better.
Who are your typical clients?We work with a wide range of businesses, from small startups to large enterprises, to meet their advertising needs. Our solutions are tailored to help any business effectively reach their target audience and achieve their marketing goals.
What do you like best about being in this industry?What I like best about being in this industry is the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and partner with clients to help them reach their ideal audience. Seeing how our strategies amplify their message and drive their success is rewarding.
What are common problems you see?A common problem in the advertising industry is the challenge of balancing personalization with privacy concerns. Many businesses struggle to deliver targeted ads without appearing intrusive, leading to consumer distrust. Additionally, rapidly changing technology and platforms create difficulties in staying current and effective, making it hard for companies to optimize their strategies. Lastly, measuring ROI accurately remains a challenge, as attributing success to specific campaigns can be complex, especially with multi-channel marketing efforts.
What advice/tips do you have for clients?Here’s some advice for clients: Clearly define your goals and target audience before starting a campaign. Stay open to data-driven insights, as they can help refine your strategies and improve results. Be patient, as some advertising efforts take time to show returns. Lastly, maintain consistency across all platforms to build a cohesive brand presence, and don’t hesitate to ask questions or seek guidance to fully understand the tactics being used on your behalf.

What keeps you up at night?How are we going to grow the business and how can we make sure customers are getting the value they should be.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?Right now, we are doing blog posts, self-posts on LinkedIn, PPC, and site retargeting. We need to do much more and are ramping up social and sharing.
What is your favorite not for profit or charity?Operation Smile, The American Juvenile Arthritis Organization
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Understand that the advertising industry is fast-paced and constantly evolving, so be prepared to continuously learn and adapt. Focus on building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering results. Also, invest time in mastering data analytics and technology, as they are key drivers in this field. Finally, be patient and persistent, as success often requires time and experience to build a strong reputation and portfolio.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?Working my microgreens farm, going to farmers markets, teaching people how to grow for themselves, coding software, playing with my pets, and most importantly spending time with my loved ones.
