What are common problems you see?Just like our physical body needs a balance wholistic diet plan or workout plan, our Personality development needs a wholistic framework, can't feed just one thing and expect everyone will rise and shine , we are all individually different and we all have individually different learning and performing standards, so when we bring a bunch these different individuals together and through through a ringer of of just one scale / one "what-ever", none of them are individually wrong, it's just not an answer for collective solution. In recent months, I’ve observed a growing trend among our leaders — a silent struggle with stress and apprehension. The weight of responsibilities, coupled with the fear of vulnerability, often prevents them from sharing their true feelings. I believe it’s crucial to address this head-on. Stress impacts decision-making, communication, and overall well-being. When leaders hesitate to express their anxieties, it creates a ripple effect across the organization.
