What is the biggest change in marketing that you see coming in the next 2 years?:

The marketing landscape will continue to fracture, but businesses will have to demonstrate more and more authenticity and human stories in a world saturated by AI content.

Why is it important for a business to hire an outside ad agency as opposed to having just an internal marketing director?:

Marketing is all about talking to people outside your company, so who better to speak their language than people outside your company?

What is one tip that you would give when it comes to digital marketing?:

Don’t get caught up in arguments about what will or won’t work, just test them both and look at the data.
