How do you define success?
To feel fulfilled- for me this means helping as many people as possible find and live their purpose and then maximize their potential in their career, life, and fitness.
How did you get started in your field or work?
It’s been a journey versus a static start – For over two decades, I have been an empire builder for companies through leadership and organization development. I have also been an adjunct business professor and leadership/career coach over the years. More recently, after learning the skills needed to run a small business and completing a multi-year search for a business model that best fits my strength and passion, I was excited to find CycleBar.
