Since joining Newmark Phoenix Realty Group in 2016, Jeffrey has successfully closed nearly two million square feet in real estate transactions. Over the past 12 months alone, he has closed more than $50 million in real estate deals across 62 transactions, representing buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords throughout Northeast Florida.
Community Involvement
A lifelong multi-sport athlete, Jeffrey is deeply committed to his community, coaching baseball with the Jacksonville Beach Athletic Association and actively participating in several community-based athletic programs throughout Jacksonville. His passion for mentorship and leadership extends beyond sports, as he continues to inspire and connect with professionals through “Raising the Bar.”
