Short company description:

Cheya: CT Wellness Co. is a wellness education company, teaching teams how to lower stress, prioritize self-care and perform at a higher level.

Benjamin: UndergrounD Training LLC is a testament that you always have everything you need for martial arts (YOURSELF!) We are the world’s first Montessori martial arts academy, bringing the teaching philosophy of Montessori into a complete martial arts education spanning several styles and influences. We leverage technology to allow our highly qualified instructors to influence all our locations, present and future included.

How do you define success?

Cheya: I define success by the quality and impact I am able to make in the lives of my clients. Watching people achieve their “ah ha” moments and make the connect the dots to create real & intentional changes. it is a gift to elevate lives and mindset daily is such a beautiful thing.

Benjamin: Success is a stress-free, day-to-day life. To achieve this via UndergrounD, each location should serve about 100 students with 70 in person and 30 online. The dojo should gain a net 2-4 students to outpace attrition. Success is funding travel, so we can do events and broaden our international reach. Success is being able to offer careers to black belts as local instructors, local mangers, and regional instructors and managers.

If you could be remembered for one thing, what would it be?

Cheya: A child of God

Benjamin: World\’s first montessori martial arts school
