JFCS is a 106 year old non profit that serves the entire community through various programs. We provide mental health services, basic needs programming, support to abused/neglected children, school based programs and support to our Jewish Community.
How do you define success?
Our goal is that the people who come to JFCS for assistance will leave stable and self sufficient. We want them to not just survive but thrive, without being depending on any system or organization.
How did you get started in your field or work?
I am a licensed clinical social worker, so I started out by doing the work.
