On Legacy of Leaders, our host Morgan Yonge welcomes outstanding leaders to this uplifting and interesting show, filled with practical advice, personal experiences and tips for business leaders and aspiring leaders. This week, Morgan sits down with Marcus Isom of Woolsey Morcom Attorneys at Law.

I am an attorney in the Personal Injury section of Woolsey Morcom Attorneys at Law. WM is a law firm that represents various clients in different types of legal matters. WM’s flagship office is in Ponte Vedra, Florida and has offices in multiple states across the US.

What Is Your Why?

I have communicated my “why” with a hashtag that I developed a few years ago #CourtroomToCommunity. As a young attorney, I learned that the work I do in serving as an attorney has profound impact on the community. I also think of my personal development in life and challenge myself to get out and serve the community in ways outside of being an attorney inside of a courtroom.

How Did You Get Started In Your Field or Work?

Pursued my law degree and a career in law because of the ability to have impact and the diversity of practices within the profession.

What’s One Thing We Should Know That Makes Your Company Unique?

The law office of Woolsey Morcom is a locally based firm with a great impact and reach. The local relationships and knowledge help us understand our clients, community, and cases in a beneficial way while our litigation team’s experience and passion ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

What Are Your Biggest Goals in the Next 6 to 12 Months for Your Business?

A few of my personal goals consist of figuring out how to increase my impact on the community in leadership and service roles as well as building a larger client base throughout the first coast and statewide.
